PA Van Lamore
Van LaMore joins our team with 18 years of experience as a physician assistant in orthopedics. Originally from the Midwest, Van completed his undergraduate studies in 1990 from the University of Illinois. He earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Kinesiology-Human Movement with a minor in Psychology. Van later went on to attend Butler University in Indianapolis, graduating with his Physician Assistant degree in 2001.
He has worked in orthopedics and sports medicine his entire PA career, and has always been fascinated by the human body with regards to the connection between structure and function. He spent some time in rural Alaska early on in his career and did a lot of traveling work. He has practiced in several states to include Washington, Oregon, California, Hawaii, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Maine, Kentucky, and North Dakota. Van has always wanted to return to Alaska, with the plan to settle in the interior which he feels has unparalleled beautiful terrain.
